Misappropriation in Government Care Unfortunately, in our society, some children grow without the opportunity to have a compassionate family to nurture them. What I can not even imagine is child abuse growing with my parents and my family. Children raised in an abusive environment are reported to the social welfare section and are taken away from home. It is put in foster care facilities. Foster care is usually defined as the supervision of a child's illegal or neglected child in a facility or other household established by the government.

The care community (CTC) is a project of the US Agency for Drug Abuse and Mental Health Service Management (SAMHSA) office's Drug Abuse Prevention Center (CSAP). CTC is an alliance-based preventive operating system that uses public health methods to prevent adolescent problems such as violence, crime, dropping out, drug abuse. It may be difficult to train and educate. At the parenting center on campus, students and staff can persuade high-quality care that can be trusted. Dyersburg State and its students benefit from the establishment of nursery schools as it provides stability, economic and educational benefits to the staff and students of the Academy.
