Reconsideration of Abstinence Distribution: What should we give up on social media? For this work, I decided to give up social media. I first thought about giving up TV and food. I wanted to pick something good, so this task made it very clear what I was doing. I realized that I often check my phone unconsciously. First open Instagram, then go to Twitter. If I really do not want to get up, I will go to Facebook and Pinterest. It lasts throughout the day, traffic lights, lunch breaks, even work and classes. I think that I am not a major user of social media. Without noticing this, after opening the phone to answer the text or phone, click to open the Instagram application and start scrolling. The more work I have to do, the more I realize that the more time I spend on social media. What does this mean? I noticed that I spent most of the time I was watching my phone, but I did not like it at all. I decided to abandon all forms of social media in three weeks. To judge what social media is, I went to Google.com and found a list of social media sites. I was amazed at the number of social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Vine, Google+, and Pinterest. Apart from some sites I do not have an account, I still spend time like Flixster, SoundCloud, Tumblr and Yelp. For those who do not think that I am a user of social media, of course I use social media a lot.
