This module explores the political thought of Abraham Lincoln on the theme of the United Nations. For him, the union is not just a regime that dominates American interests, it represents a consensus on the future of America's freedom - this future slavery is eventually eliminated, freedom is protected, and everyone Is born. That's right. In addition to Lincoln's three most famous speeches - Gettysburg Address and First and Second Inaugural Address - plus the little unknown episode about the Constitution, Trade Unions and Freedom, they will see their union for the United States Importance of customers
Lincoln did not go on to high school or university, but was logical and curious and found clarity in solving legal and political problems on paper. The article he wrote after the presidential election in 1860 stated how the Constitution and labor unions can obtain information through the ideals of the Declaration of Independence. Lincoln wrote that the prosperity of the United States depends on the alliance of the state, but the "main reason" is the principle of "freedom to all people". He believes that this central ideal of the free government covers all human beings and concludes that the American Revolution will not succeed if the purpose of the American Revolution is "only change the master." For Lincoln, the union means a special government in each state, the principle of equality "opening the way to everyone - bringing hope to everyone, bringing business and industry to all people".
As the president of the United States, Lincoln used his first and second inaugural address to explore the importance of the American alliance in the face of splitting the country. His first president, he detailed the nature of the labor union, why the division was opposed to autonomy, and how the federal constitution guarded the national union and the responsibility to rebel the citizen. Four years later he was re-elected and with the conclusion of the Civil War Lincoln offered to unify the country by overcoming the victory of the north and contempt of the south and providing free reading of war and liberation.
Lincoln made his most famous speech at the National Cemetery in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, and had a short and profound meditation on the civil war and the meaning of the American Union. Lincoln tried to explain why the Alliance for Protection must be a war to ensure the slave's freedom, as the Liberation Declaration has become a new and important development in the Federal War effort. "The government, the citizen, and the government of the people do not die from the earth", the country needs to experience "new birth of freedom".
After completing this module, the student should better understand why Lincoln called the American state alliance "the best of the earth's hope in the end."
How does Lincoln view the civil war as an opportunity to achieve "new freedom" (or freedom for all)? Also, why is this essential to the survival of American autonomy?
