I am the author of seven novels such as The Great Man who won the 2008 PEN / Faulkner Fiction Award and Doubleday Cruise that appears in the summer of 2018. I also write two food-centric memoirs, a blue plate special and memoir of the Maine State Literature Award of 2016, and how to make a mousse. I taught a novel at the Iowa writer studio, and I did a short seminar with memoirs and novels on some residences and MFA projects.
