About Suicide

I like the phrase "Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem." It attracts something deep into our hearts. There are reasons for us to want to say something precious about the horrible suicide costs. This seems to be a good way to express our understanding that suicide is usually a choice. And it seems like a good idea for a while. Formation of this phrase also has an attractive rhythm, we contrast with what it likes and knows how to knit, fast and lasting.

Be careful when talking about suicide. Suicide is a subtle topic and should be discussed in a way that respects individuals and their loved ones. A person who is not "suicide" but "missed suicide" or "death from suicide". If people try to take their lives, they will "try suicide" against "failed suicide". Please do not use the word "others" or "abnormal". Calling people who are experiencing psychosis as "other people" or "abnormalities" results in the story "We and they". This can make people with psychosis inferior, differently, and it seems that they are social abnormalities - they are not

Most suicide attempts and suicides occur in adolescents with depression. Consider these statistics about teen suicide and adolescent depression. Approximately 1% of adolescents attempt suicide, about 1% suicide attempts lead to death (that is, one in 10,000 people die from suicide). However, in young people with depression, the incidence of suicidal thinking and behavior is much higher. Most of depressed teenagers consider suicide and 15% to 30% of severe depressed teenagers believe suicide will continue suicide.
