About Our Work

With hundreds of national partners and their local affiliates, the US commitment alliance has the unique advantage of mobilizing Americans to take action. We have raised our high school graduation rate as our top priority and we have achieved the goal of the national 90% graduation rate. Our focus is to keep five promises of young Americans. Adult care, safe environment, healthy start, effective education and opportunity to help others.

We are very concerned about our work and teaching starter. We are very concerned about our team and our members. We really feel their anxiety, stress, fear, uncertainty. It is our responsibility to help them succeed. We are responsible for making them feel confident, capable and supported. We are very concerned about the children who benefit from their work and the impact we have on their lives. We are paying attention to local communities and environmental impact

Emotions are fact - our perception of work affects our work. So we need to accept the emotions of our team like our finance and design project. Because work is often seen as a logical and reasonable place, the emotions of people are complex and burdensome. But the great leaders admit that their team feels a series of emotions that are part of their daily business process. The fact that you think you are willing to give things to your team is a clear indication that you are a bad manager. A great leader knows that the key to teamwork is to act correctly on others and give them the ability to trust their will. As African proverb says, "If you want to go early, go alone. If you want to go far, go."

When I joined the presidential election in 2012, we did not openly talk about our work. Our technology is a competitive secret and we do not want it to be part of the story of the election year. This time I would like to be more open to the work that our team is doing. Politics is a democratic movement and as we understand what we do, we think that the possibility of participation increases. So what did the technical team of the presidential campaign do? As you can imagine, our main goal is to put Hillary Clinton in the White House. For this purpose, we have established relationships with several other departments of the campaign: number, analysis, finance, and organization. We bring technical expertise and other teams bring their expertise in political movement. This combination creates a collaborative environment that we will continue to learn.
