I was born in South Korea and I was thinking about my generation of Asian immigrants and my parent's generation - my father was 65 years old, opened a shop when I came to the US in 1976, got up at 5 o'clock every morning I pray after an hour, but I still go to a dry cleaning shop everyday. In the United States, I talked a lot about race discrimination about blacks and whites, but Asian Americans often skip between these problems. Therefore, I would like to start with a person I know and use a documentary to shoot this theme.
Last week, I wrote articles on how the generation Y and the millennium generation of my generation want success, achievement and wealth, but we have not worked as hard as our grandfather's generation. Is there any reason we know - all the boys in the office do you think we are very special? Maybe talking about me will help answer why all generations of Americans seem to think they are above average. Because I was a child, my mother and father told me that I am special and I can do it. I do not think my parents are hard for me like my parents, so they promote my independence. Today, I doubt authority, I ignore the command line of work, and I am looking forward to my greatness.
My generation and the generation of my parents are very different. The idea of our generation is related to our country and the whole world, but the generation of my parents is limited to their families and their motherland. Today, we live in a changing world, so we must adapt to the exchange of people of different generations. Therefore, the differences between our generations appear in three main areas: communication, education, and lifestyle.
