My name is Sandy Dessources. I graduated from the Hill Charter public school in Boston, Massachusetts last year. My dream is to become a lawyer. I would like to work hard to eliminate the systematic obstacles that women face in their careers. I would like to tell you something about yourself to fully understand where my dream came from and how I am trying to achieve this goal. My family is from Isparanora, which is more formally known as Haiti. When we arrived in America, my parents would not talk, read or write in English. My father had to do three work to maintain livelihood. But they are determined to give me the opportunity to receive strong education. When I crossed the mountain gate for the first time, I felt awe. On City on a Hill, I learned important life skills such as core academic subjects such as Spanish, citizenship, English, statistics, professionalism, speaking in public, leadership. Last year when I decided on a national university, I elected to attend four wonderful schools - American University, Brandeis University, Holy Cross University and George Washington University!

My time at BCCS is short, but useful. I learned something about charter school and the entire K - 12 school education system, and I did not get it if I did not become a student teacher there. I began to understand the classroom decisions on how best to support the struggling students and witnessed the influence of students gathering dialogue on discipline and respect. These moments gave me incredible insight into the day-to-day battle of middle school teachers and students. To my day my experience in the elementary school 8th grade class taught me a lot of work I did.

How about charter school? American charter school has more and more sports. According to government reports, some of these schools have been successful. However, there are other things used as warnings. If you have a charter school in your city, you need to do your homework to make sure it is a high quality option. Class size We have heard over and over about overcrowding public school courses. Private schools often boast of the benefits of lower grades because private schools have more ability to control the number of students they accept. The Charter School Charter School has recently become an argument among educators. Charter school works in the public education department and is private. Charter school is operated by private, but it receives public funds. Since the development of "Chartered School", the lack of expression and the expression of demographic data caused a lot of discussion. Although there is evidence to support both sides of this discussion, anyone should be clear after doing research.

For the Chairperson of the Board of Education just studied about Charter School there is a new entry that the department should think. It is a virtual charter. EMO is increasing the number of virtual charter schools or online charter schools that offer courses and guidance through the Internet and electronic communication. For commercial purposes, EMO has increased the number of virtual charter schools it operates from 13 schools in 2003 to 2004, to 50 schools from 2008 to 2009. Non-profit EMO seems to be completely uninterested in virtual charter, and there are only four schools from 2008 to 2009 (Miron and Urschel 2009a). Geographically, the virtual charter seems to be concentrated in several states, such as Arizona State, California State, Ohio State. Studies on virtual charters have hardly been done, and recent research reviews (Cavanaugh, 2009) show "composite results" when comparing virtual charter school performance and classroom based charter plan.
