Abortion is Not Murder

Is abortion not homicide of abortion murder? Murder is defined as "illegal killing of unprecedented malice." Abortion does not meet this definition for two reasons. I think that we must take into account that most women with abortion have just made the most difficult decisions in their lives. No one thinks abortion is a good thing. There is no one trying to get pregnant, so I can stop abortion.
