In the last century, the abortion in the Western Hemisphere has become a topic that has controversies that affect everyone. In the US, at the current rate, when one woman in three reaches the age of 45, she will abort. The problems surrounding these laws involve an ethical, social and medical dilemma that depends on the most basic principles. The core of morality and philosophy debate is a less clear cut line showing what life is, what it is, and where the fetus finds its meaning.

Abortion abortion is a controversial problem at all times. Regarding moral acceptability and aspects of social policy of abortion, there may always be many different perspectives. In fact, the famous Roe v. Before the Wade incident, abortion was morally wrong and constituted a crime that could lead to imprisonment for up to five years. In the case of Roe v.
