In Canada there is no community where the conflict with the officials of the criminal justice system is more disproportionate than the indigenous people (Dickson-Gilmore, 2011, p. 77). In fact, Canadian indigenous people are exposed to open unconscious discrimination by Canadian law enforcement agencies, largely due to institutional reputation as non-reformable chronic drug abusers (Dickson-Gilmore, 2011 , P. 77-78). . One of the more amazing contemporary examples is Frank Paul; after being held by Vancouver Police Officer at Vancouver Hutong, Mi'kmaq Canadians were refused to evacuate in police 'drunk tank'.
Excessive expression of indigenous peoples in the Canadian Criminal Justice System clearly shows how the judicial system can defeat Canadian indigenous peoples. I found that if there are too many indigenous people living in Canadian prisons or prisons, we have to change Canadian justice system. By introducing the indigenous traditional lifestyle and integrating them into the Canadian justice system, the integration will prove the establishment of fair and equitable treatment within the justice system. According to AC Hamilton, "Under the most basic understanding level, understanding of justice of indigenous peoples is different. If you talk with indigenous peoples in the Canadian justice system, you need to consider these concepts of justice." (1991: 23)
Because indigenous peoples are a victim of Canadian criminal justice system, the pursuit of justice must be culturally based, in order to compete fairly and restore suppressed minority justice. This is important not only for managing the unified justice of the future but also for solving the mistakes the indigenous people made in the past. It should be noted that restorative justice is far from reverse discrimination, rather it is a powerful remedy for a strong problem. This culture-based approach should be based on the "law passed as constitutional revision in 1982 to provide justice hung for hundreds of years from indigenous peoples" (Roach, 2000). Legally, this protects protection that was previously unavailable.
