Positive behavior is a policy or procedure that gives a specific group a specific priority (sometimes undervalued). It is usually focused on education, employment, government contracts, medical or social welfare. There is much debate about the inability to achieve the intended goal and its unintended undesirable side effects. Some argue that this act is racist or sex by itself. Positive behavior begins with unfair remedial actions for government and society of prejudicial population groups.

Many people want to abolish positive actions but still need positive action in order to provide opportunities for minorities who can not access social or corporate contacts. The truth of the problem is that as people are related to the right people making decisions, many people climb up the company ladder. The government intends to provide equal opportunities based on individual strengths. Positive behavior provides a variety of employment opportunities for qualified individuals; this program can be regarded as another excellent way to career and higher education.

Positive behavior is the formulation of policies to compensate for past discrimination by increasing opportunities for minorities. From the introduction of the affirmative action of 1969 to the abolition of it in recent California and Washington, this affirmative action has dominated many recruiting practices, promotion and university entrance process. As legislators, courts and the general public have differences in this question and everyone is trying to change the current policy, it is still uncertain whether to confirm the future of legitimacy and action

More employers throughout the country and the admissions office of the university should abolish positive actions. It has destroyed higher education institutions and the labor force. The same positive behavior is to tear the biggest country on the earth that is based on words. "Everyone is born equally", clearly taking positive action, everyone is not equal
