This is a marble handcrafted by Wichita artist Aaron West. It uses spiral large synthetic opals and opals, blue and white glasses to shape the marble. Because of the enlargement of the sphere, the spiral pattern appears to be deep inside the marble than it actually is. It is truly wonderful eyes. The back is a colorful swirl pattern. Diameter is about 17/8 "Signature and signed date
Two main classes of amorphous opal have been proposed, sometimes called "opal A". The first of these is Opal AG made of polymerized silica spheres filled with water. Precious opals and opal opals are usually variants of this type, the size of the spheres and the regularity of their packaging are different. The second "opal A" is opal AN or aqueous amorphous silica glass. Hyalite is a different name. Another common proverb is that the term is made from an ancient Greek opalio. That word has two meanings, one related to "seeing" and forming the basis of an English word like "opaque", the other forming "aliases" and "aliases" of "change" is. Opal is said to combine these uses in the sense "see the change in color". But historians realized that the first appearance of the Opalio did not occur after the Romans occupied Greek state in 180 BC, and they used the term Padaeros before.

For the use of gemstone, most opals are cut and polished to form convex shapes. "Solid" opal is a polished jewel that is made up of precious precious opals. Opals that are too thin do not produce "solids" and can be combined with other materials to form attractive jewels. Opal bimodal contains a relatively thin layer of valuable opal supported by a layer of dark material, most commonly iron ore, black opal (Potch) black or black, on an obsidian or obsidian . The color is emphasized as the background becomes darker, and the brighter the background makes the display attractive. Opal Three in One is like a doublet, but has a third layer with a transparent quartz or plastic dome. The lid needs to be very polished and functions as a protective layer for the opal. The top layer also functions as a magnifying glass to emphasize the color of the underlying opal. It is usually poor quality. Therefore, the triplet opal has a more artificial appearance, it is not a precious opal.
