Is the woman a man? They are essentially the same or completely different existence. In 1892 where women's handling and standing tales were written, the position of the woman is at home, and she should obey her husband. The author, Charlotte Perkins Gilman, is a feminist against this principle. In her writing, her dissatisfaction with the role of women in society, the medical treatment of mental disorders, and the marriage system is evident.

I have always been passionate about empowerment of women. As a scientific woman and as a female entrepreneur, I experienced gender discrimination. In places like Ecuador, society is still in extreme "robot" or "masculinity" in many countries of Latin America. It is almost impossible to change culture, but I think that we can make small progress in challenging the present situation and start with examples set for others. As women, especially minority women, succeed and see breaking through the glass ceiling, it gives the ability for other women to believe they can do it.

Normally, when people think about discrimination by sex, the image of a person like a manga declares that "men are smarter and smarter than women!" Or "a woman's position is at home and pregnant with bare feet" . Other possible concepts are workplace and educational discrimination or wage disparity. These methods of fighting gender relations are often referred to as "hostile sexism." In most cases, people will understand why hostile gender discrimination is the title of "gender discrimination". However, it is even more difficult for people to understand that sex-specific practices (on the surface) seem to make women look positive. These beliefs are called "gentle sexism"

• Cultural gender discrimination. Gender discrimination as a cultural power also helps stabilize women's family life. The maximum "women's home position" is supported by a broad belief in women and their abilities: women are naturally flexible, gentle and most suitable for the role of mother and housewife. Men's resilience, men take care of them and need a cooperative wife to stand behind them. • A decrease in permanent stable marriage means that women no longer rely on husband's lifetime economic support. Therefore, it is very important to master skills and maintain profitability. After the divorce rate rises, economic dependence becomes a risk promotion strategy.
