During the 21st century, the proportion of high school graduates is decreasing. Due to an important factor in adolescent success, school management began to realize this unacceptable discovery. What does the literacy rate of young people mean? First of all, we need to define the literacy rate. Literacy is more than just traditional text. Literacy skills can understand that someone is trying to convey information or ideas or tell the audience. It is important to be able to communicate. This can be done in many modes. Movies, writing, photography, music are just a few examples. It is important to remember this when discussing literacy skills for young people.
