Seven years ago, unconsciously, I began to design a healthy lifestyle that grew like my own. Health can change to happiness, thinking, physical, and mental. If we can only hear it, health will draw inspiration from the declining crystallization pool of which all our senses provide to us. Through practice of mindfulness such as yoga and meditation, my idea turns into a state of omniscience, I begin to ask my body and what I need for health, happiness, and the whole. I am not doing very well, I am very grateful. I am very grateful, because my health has been strengthened at the moment when I shook. I am aware of the sense, physical and mental integration that I am contrary to my idea. I experienced fullness, muddy mood, uneven mood, cold, irritating digestion, dullness, and discordance without listening to what I needed.

If you want to sustain a really healthy change, you must change your lifestyle, not just a diet. Diet therapy relies on motivation and depressed spirit. And it makes many people fail. A healthy lifestyle is not a temporary meal for weight loss, nor is it merely to achieve the aesthetic goal (although it may actually be useful), the real lifestyle change is inside Focuses on nourishment and strengthening of the body from. My concrete advice is not an old diet. Of course, I agree with many aspects of the old diet and I think many people will benefit from it. I respect many of Paleo's blogs and writers. As science supports it, I have come to such a way of eating and living. Not because the ancestor's ancestor ate like this, I saw the benefit of my own life.
