When it becomes a social problem, human beings may become a relative aspect of function. Humanity is the fundamental cause of simple events in society. Humans provide explanations to the people who do what they are doing - they are human beings. Humanity is the foundation of coexistence, it is the core of society. Regarding human nature, the government is outdated. There is a relationship between humans and the government, which is related to their various roles in the social field.

Let's see. Nomadic community is a group of nomads who travel with a group of domesticated animals that relies on them for food. There are two types of pastoralism. Nomads move by area according to the season, they will have nomads moving according to the necessity of animals and seasons, but they will return to the same place. Examples of nomads are Bedouin in Saudi Arabia, Masai in East Africa, Sami from Scandinavia.

There are two kinds of pastoralists: nomads and immigrants. Nomads move from one area to another according to seasonal changes to meet the needs of animals. The location varies according to the season. Or they may return to previously visited areas, but usually do not form permanent residence anywhere. The tribe lives in the tent, and usually is self-sufficient. Nomads of immigrants also moved according to the season but returned to the same position. They move to a cool area during the summer and to a warm area during the winter. In each place there are established villages and houses that come back when the seasons change. However, pastoral society is not strictly a nomad or an immigrant. They adapt to the conditions they present
