A Very Promising Discipline: Economics at MSU

Introduction The readers of this article are those who are confused about choosing a major. This project will tell them whether they are suitable for it (this occupation). The purpose of this article is to introduce economics. I divided the whole paper into 10 parts and made a conclusion. The first part is background information. Then, I would like to talk about economics and how it can be helpful to our society. Therefore Econ's language and MSU's Econ are also an important part of the description.

I am interested in economics for about 6 months. When you are thirty, you want to get more financial education. But then economics revealed a very interesting and useful discipline. Please try "Devil Economics". Then you can understand what I am saying. However, the more I read, I find more similarity between economics and design. Especially when I heard about behavior economics and promotion. So I would like to know that designers can learn better products from economists. Is there something similar between economics and design? It is difficult to find it at a glance. Economics is related to money, numbers, and statistics. Design is about creativity, color, and emotion. But economics like design is designed to improve people's happiness. And they are all meaningless only to humans. There is demand and economists will study the best way to meet these needs with limited resources. It seems familiar to designers.

Economic discipline defines the dawn of discipline, psychology is the core of economic analysis. Sylvia Nasar says that Alfred Marshall, father of analytical economics, is considering becoming a Gestalt psychologist in the early stages of his career. Indeed, as I pointed out elsewhere, Marshall basically defines a more important part of economics as the psychology of his famous economic principle at the outset. The reason is that, apart from the intense debate in early psychology, discipline of psychology disappeared from economics (mainly because economists want to instruct). From mathematical psychology of Francis Edgeworth and serious activist who inherited from Paul Samuelson, there are various psychology in economics.
