In this seminar we will start with the recently published book "Common Interest: The New History of Higher Education in America" ​​and explain how universities will contribute to common interests. Following a brief review of the book and its main argument, participants will consider how the commitment to promote common interests continues to affect their current family system. The main questions are as follows. Are there common interests in the 21st century that can be promoted? If so, what is your organization's dedication to public welfare? Will free education promote student's common interests efforts? Can you evaluate the relationship between free education and common interests?

The most important official requirement is a very excellent college degree recognized in Germany. In general, your degree is equivalent to the master's degree and must be awarded at least eight semesters after college studies. There is one exception.
