Our employees usually meet with coaches once or twice a month. A typical session is 50 minutes and can be done directly or by video call. The coach keeps a secret; we use a white noise machine in the room to make people more comfortable. The agenda and goal are not set by the coach, and the client can choose to pursue any topic they think is appropriate. Coaches are not limited to work related development areas. Beginning the evaluation of important areas from the first entry stage, the achievement result is not shared outside the coaching relation. Conversations include conflicts with teammates, personal development goals, hopes of acquiring new skills, anxiety about changes in the workplace, personal relationships, and so on.

This is a typical course of life coaching. I am ready to become a coach and have clarified customer values ​​(working in Phase 1) to tackle customer satisfaction, but the client found something completely different that day. It is important to maintain a commitment to the overall goal, but at this conference, we are struggling with customers and really feel that we want to provide the necessary energy to our customers. There is no conclusion on the cause of the delay, but such a thing takes time. In most cases, I will give them specific concrete homework and let them do something between meetings to maximize the coaching process. However, at the moment my instinct told me that this is not the right thing. I do not want to increase the pressure on my customers, I think I think that I need some space and time for me.

As a social worker on campus, my schedule varies greatly from day to day. I spend most of my time with the client. Usually, these are one-on-one consultation sessions, but I also hold group meetings. I also spent hours training, observation, and feedback on social work interns every day. So, about half the time is spent working directly with the customer, and a quarter of my time is spent working with interns. Most of the rest of the time will be spent in cooperation with the school management team directly to support student progress and conferences related to the development of the curriculum. I also have to finish my client's paperwork, meet with my teacher to check the needs of a particular student, and set goals for next week.
