Since pen meeting, literature has always been a part of society. It has been entertaining history, fables, and adults for centuries. However, the literature on children is a recent development. Children's literature is young, but text can be divided into two categories depending on age. The exact division point has room for discussion, but in the mid-20th century technology revolution, this is the division point between classical and modern. Today's children's literature is very different from its evolving classics, but literature holds many common features as the classics convert to modern times.
Children's literature can go back to stories and songs. These are some of the broader oral traditions that adults share with their children before publication. The development of early childhood literature was difficult to follow prior to the invention of the present invention. Even after printing became widespread, many classic 'children' stories were originally created for adults and later for young people. Since the 15th century, many literature has been directed to children, many of which are moral or religious information. Since many classical children's books were published at that time, the late nineteenth century to the early twentieth century was called "golden age of childhood literature".
Literature for children (also known as juvenile literature) includes stories (including books) and poems that children can enjoy, or mainly poems for children. Modern childhood literature is classified in various ways, such as reader type and anticipated age. Underlying children's literature is in stories and songs adults tell their children before children are published as part of a wider oral tradition. Therefore, it may be difficult to track the development of the initial story. Even large-scale printing, many classic stories were originally created for adults and are adapted to young audiences as well. The original child's literature was usually rewritten in other ways, but since the 14th century, a large amount of literature has been dedicated to children, usually with moral or religious information. There is no widely accepted definition of children's literature
