In the society of the Taliban authorities, women's rights are being reduced, laughing, talking, shaking hands with men unrelated to them, and most importantly studying in schools and other educational institutions prohibited. In his novel, Khaled Hosseni talks about life to Mariam and Lira and introduces the tragic reality of women in Afghanistan. Their story depicts the main problem of child abuse. A man in Hosseni's novel depicts the extremes of the role of a man in Afghanistan.

During the war in Afghanistan, a thousand brilliant suns followed two women's journey. And they eventually married the same man. The novel keeps track of these women through abuse, tragedy, war and records the lessons they learned and their relationships. A thousand shining sun combines an important historical background with interesting stories that will allow you to reevaluate your preconceptions about the Middle East. I strongly recommend this book; its number is wonderful, but it is worth reading. - Caroline Caprice, grade 2019
The wonderful sun designed by Khaled A Housse Hosseini Khaled Hosseini is a page flipper that depicts the reality and performance of women in Afghanistan, following two women, Mariam and Laila. This novel seems to be long and overwhelming, but I draw your attention from the beginning with a sorrowful story and creative writing. Again, this book will never get boring. The unimaginable story is combined with eloquent writing, enabling the reader to connect with each character. In addition to an attractive story, this book introduces the history of Afghanistan, more specifically the treatment of women. Overall, this book is impressive, beautiful, heart-damaging, and very important. - Megan Elmer, 2019
The phrase "the sun shining sun" from Saib-e-Tabrizi's poem was cited twice in the novel. One time was when Laila's family was leaving Kabul. The last sentence also said that "Miriam is in the heart of Lyra, where he is shining with a glow of a thousand suns." Discuss the theme of this sentence. Marriage's marriage has become a tragic life of negligence and abuse when Laila was saved from the ruins of the house of Rashid and Mariam. But when Rashid realized he was about to marry Lyra, her anger responded. If the existence of Lyra actually softened the abuse of Rashid, why is Maryam so hostile to her?
