A Teacher’s Perspective: Why Accountability Matters for Kids

For external observers, my kindergarten classroom may look confusing and may even be a bit noisy. As you might imagine, there is a 21 year old 50 or 60 year old child.

That's because I like to constantly attract students through aggressive exercises and tasks and make learning fun. As a teacher of a kindergarten, I noticed that it plays an important role in shaping how students are looking at school. As an opening event of formal school education it was always important to feel a sense of accomplishment and confidence in the education of all the students.

After starting my education in 2011, I only taught in the era of "Do not delay children". NCLB has many drawbacks, but it is also a strong motivation for school to pay close attention to how students learn problems and meet the needs of students to pay attention.

To me, increasing accountability helps to remember the importance of reaching each student in the class regardless of disability, and as a teacher of the class, all the students are surely in charge of the majority Not only students, but also academic records.

Now that Congress has rewritten "Do not delay children", I fear that it will abolish this strong accountability and have little incentive to concentrate on the days we learn different students and return to school I will.

As an educator, I would like Congress to accept accountability, to make it clear that students are below their grades and to intervene to improve the learning outcomes of the students.

If the school is responsible for the performance of disabled students, these students tend to have the following tendencies.

As a teacher who has worked in the classroom for 4 years, I support the accountability of a strong school and I hope that Congress agrees. In order to ensure that all students receive high quality guidance, it is necessary to set high standards for schools and teachers.

Therefore, it is difficult for teachers to direct a lot of personal attention to children in logistics. Only children who can impress the teacher can draw individual attention. Teachers will also be responsible for the coverage of the course. Therefore, the focus is to complete the course as soon as possible. This degrades the quality of education

Why does teacher and administrator (and parents, problem) not meet the same criteria if children are in the best condition everyday and every day? Most people, especially the teacher, do not blame the teacher. There are few parents or teachers to blame children.
