A Systems Approach to Small Group Interaction

Outline of system approach to team interaction In order to accomplish this task, I will explain a series of work done in my workplace. In the career as an employee of the California Department of Transportation, I participated in the district accident prevention committee. The committee called DAPC consists of administrative members and is responsible for incident assessment and program development to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Modern management is characterized by two methods, systems and emergency methods. In the system approach, organizations treat the organization as a whole system of interactive subsystems, all of which interact with the relevant external environment (Lerman & Turner, 1992). Organizations are depicted as "input-conversion-output systems" for conflicting resources. The survival and prosperity of the organization depends on effective adaptation to the environment. In other words, to identify good strategies for selling outcomes (products and services), get the resources you need and respond to external threats.

The enterprise organization is an open system. It interacts with a wider external environment to which it belongs. The system approach observes the organization throughout the environment and emphasizes the importance of multiple interaction channels. Criticism of early organizational methods is based in part on attempts to study issues based only on organizational activities and the internal environment. In many SMEs, these organizations have two types of systems, closed systems and open systems. Open systems interact with the environment by providing and receiving information. In closed systems, interactions occur only within certain systems. In other words, the closed system is isolated from the external environment, and each interaction is sent in the closed system. Organization Closure Staff within the system will not communicate with other departments about their activities nor will they accept the opinions of other departments. Closed systems have the advantage of being efficient because there is a clear procedure that is not influenced externally. The best way to understand a closed system is to understand how they are used in the organization.
