A Study on Naipaul’s India: A Wounded Civilization

V. S. Naipaul is one of the most important British novelists of our time. Naipaul, born in Trinidad and educated in the UK, is always on a journey to discover his identity among the nomads without root in the cultural world. The sensitivity of Naipaul's overseas representatives has plagued him with his novels and other works, and he became a spokesman for immigrants. He depicts the plight of Indian immigrants, his problem and the dilemma in a rapidly changing world.

When VS Naipaul (who was neither Sir Vidya nor the Nobel laureate) began writing articles about India, he managed to use English to express the lack of pain in the history of a memorable motherland I was thinking. I found consolation in his work. Indian novelist RK Narayan. In a sense, Napole, a child of Indian immigrants in Trinidad, strongly recognizes the history not belonging to him. Narayan does not have such a problem and is writing in his hometown of Mysore, English in his fictional work Margudy. While reading this book, I remembered another Indian writer V. S. Naipaul from other parts of the world. I remember Naipaul for two reasons. One is that it is a travel book, two have done it in the same decade and the other is that Verma defended Naipaul's India. Naipaul has a "Taliban" spirit. Naipaul made non - fiction, especially travelers a new style of writing. He is the only living writer redefining all aspects of the novel, including his nonfiction, as well as incomparable English prose. It goes without saying that he lived in Trinidad and Tobago. Therefore, I must compare the two and even realize that their view changes people's view, even if they have special gifts such as they write.
