Strengthening can be defined in many ways. The strongest person I know is my father. My father is a typical retired navy, he is a strict and highly detailed presence, but when I come with my sister, someone will say he is a big teddy bear. His belief in God and the church is strong. No dilemma or complications will make him disappoint. For him, everything is for reason, he believes that good things always come from bad ones.
In the summer of 2003, my father was diagnosed rare cancer. When I was heard the news, my sister, my mother, and I both cried, he just smiled at us and said it would be nice. His point is that "I recovered before I got cancer." He has received multiple chemotherapy and radiotherapy every week for several weeks. When those do not work as the doctor wished, he was sent to the University of Kentucky for dangerous surgery to remove the tumor from the side of the brain stem. Fortunately, surgical treatment and removal of 98% of cancerous tumors. Six months later, during the follow-up study, the doctor found that the cancer has recurred, but it took place at a faster rate than before. Doctors and experts are fighting cancer for as long as possible, but unfortunately my father came out of rare small cell cancer on 28 November 2007.
For me, my father will always be the most powerful person I know. With such a hard labor and a long time fight, you know that you have no chance to win, that is extraordinary. Sometimes I want to be selfish and I hope my father is here and I understand that he is no longer suffering wherever he is. I like to treat him as my guardian angel. He is always a special person to me.
We generally regard charismatic leaders as rare leaders, but many have unusual characteristics. More importantly, why do people have a special status or honor a person or a group of people? If the follower is trying to give such a position to the leader, the leader has the ability to pursue his own purpose. The last paragraph of this introduction shows that this form of charisma is inherently revolutionary, challenging traditional authority, or challenging legal authority and reason. Authoritative charisma is easy to fall into traditional authority where power is exercised by people around charismatic leaders, or personal or genetic rules, but to maintain this power purely. But this is a revolutionary claim if charismatic leaders claim that initially the traditional form of authority is ignored.
Traditional authority is accepted as it is always done in some way and culturally traditional. The charismatic authority is that when a person has something special for them in the personality, the masses are attracted. It is a law, legal authority is allowed because you may be sent to prison because you violated the law. Pluralists believe that the approach of the state is to cover everyone in society. Includes different races, all ages, all sexes and all other groups that exist in society. Political power is spreading among these groups. It differs from those who believe that the national approach is intended for people with privileged education and background. People of senior property such as justice. They believe that these policies are beneficial for bourgeoisie and the ruling class.
