One of the most vulnerable forms of violence in today's society is domestic violence. Domestic violence is most likely to occur in a closed room, which is one of the main reasons domestic violence is not receiving much attention. In most cases domestic violence is a quiet and ugly aspect of dating and people do not like to talk about it. The purpose of this research is to investigate domestic violence from the viewpoint of criminal studies and criminal justice. Domestic violence is an attempt by people to acquire power and dominate intimate partners through spiritual, physical, or sexual abuse. Victims of domestic violence are familiar with so-called "circulation of violence". This consists of three stages in which victims of domestic violence continue to circulate in the hands of perpetrators.
