Julie Landsman (2006) outlines the tools and techniques that educators must succeed in teaching students with poor living environment in her article "Bearers of Hope". The number of students living below poverty level is increasing. These students can not access the resources that other children may receive. Because of this factor, people seem to impose restrictions on students who can not control their environment.
Education gives hope to children and gives them the power to realize their dreams. Education has opened new doors for children; it is necessary for children to change their dreams into reality. Sky is the limit of highly educated children. In an ideal world, money never prevents children's dreams from being realized. Unfortunately, the truth is far from this ideal. Due to economic constraints, many children can not receive education they deserve. A weak group of our society is not always receiving good education.
Our goal in the OST is to use quality technology tools and resources that are readily available to service disadvantaged people in poor rural areas, poor children, and children in rural areas It is to expand the opportunity for high early childhood education. We are working with educators and social innovators to develop resources that will revolutionize early childhood education and teacher training across the country. We believe that high quality early education will lead to discerning success and thoughtful improvement of expected quality of life. We are determined to develop quality educational resources in rich countries at the lowest possible cost. Our goal is to reach 1 million children and 10,000 teachers each year over the next 4 years.
Teacher's absence will eliminate the quality of education system. The poor quality educational system brought disadvantages to children. In the long run, it contributes to the population (education) that has not received much education. Medical absence has serious adverse effects on the patient. It can also lead to a population that is not healthy. In general, the completion of all occupations will cause delay, encourage bribery (corruption) and lower the quality of service. It may also eliminate trust in services and people, thereby making it difficult to invest in the economy.
