Counseling is a term used to build relationships through dialogue between therapists and clients. The basic purpose of counseling is to allow a therapist to learn to help or cope with the client overcoming the problem. In the context of a skill assistant, Egan (2001) 's "Help" is a learning experience of human behavior to solve missing customer problems and opportunities through relationships between customers and helpers. Person-centered treatment is ancillary to the existentialist approach by emphasizing the client-therapist relationship and by establishing a direct connection to a skilled helper by paying attention.

Gerald Egan is a professor of organizational research and psychology at Loyola University in Chicago and is a program director of the Organization Development Center (CORD). Egan developed a Skills Assistant model and in 1975 published his first book of Skills Assistant. This shows a compromise framework of problem management approach to the consulting process. Some counselors believe that they are eclectic in the workplace. It is considered to be a fusion technology that uses many models. Eclecticism - There is little or no theoretical reason. Extracting technology from just a few models without justification is confusing only (Lazarus, 1996, 1996; Lazarus, Beutler, and Norcrossk, 1992).

Egan's skilled help model is reflected in my planning process and results. It is not based on a specific theory of personality development nor on difficult theory of development. This is a framework to conceptualize the help process and is most commonly used to deal with recent and current problems. As with other models, maps are available for exploration and navigation, but the area itself can not be used. Egan's model and guidance are not synonymous, models can be used for various help relationships, coaching / coaching can only use other models or only one model. This model can be used flexibly and should be used. If paying attention to Rogers 'core condition', the model will work best, and you will approach the speaker based on reliability, respect and sympathy, and you will see good positive listening principles throughout the process I remember it.
