A Professional Development Log

Staff need to do self assessment. The staff will complete self-evaluation of their interests, skills, values, and personality with the help of personnel consultants. The supervisor evaluates the skill level of the employee. Based on staff evaluation, work records and supervisor's opinion, the staff skill level includes the following categories: Technical skills: skills required for their current position and future goals.

Currently ongoing professional development logs contain a list of issues related to my development process in my opinion. This log will be used later to create the development agenda.
