When you look at poetry, it does not always have a clear meaning, and often leads to many different interpretations of poetry. It is difficult for two American poets to decide that they look more contrary to style, formality, and method than Emily Dickinson and Edgar Allan Poe. Dickinson is often regarded as a calm and secret poet, whose heritage is a collection of delicacy and contemplation in the world she is rarely attracted to. Indeed, her own symbolic position is mainly attributed to a poet who was obviously deprived of her sentences. Poet's relationship with his work, and also on the same scale, Poe has also gained a reputation. But there, Dickinson is considered to be modest and intense reflection, and Poe is often seen as a surplus owner. Generally, as the public and critics have evaluated, Dickinson is a shy, retired, quirky poet and Edgar Allan Poe is a painful, extraordinary writer. But the difference between style and theme can not reduce the greater reality of the same Dickinson and Po poets as individual souls.
