At 11:52 am, the second emergency call arrived at the police headquarters and confirmed the threat of the bomb (Fisk 2). The police evacuated the street as soon as possible. Then at 11:55 am the headquarters received a third emergency warning bomb, but this time the caller placed a bomb on the adjacent Donegall street (Fisk 2).
