A Need for Gun Control but Not the Governments Form

From 1993 to 2000, the number of gun deaths fell by 28% ("guns"). In the perfect world, no one will die for crime, but this is not the perfect world. Even without a crime, murder, violence and attack are no problem, but it is not so. Since most of these things have to pass, if most of those who must experience these things are criminals, it will not be better than that. People who embark on the way of destruction are quite interested in hurting others.
