A year ago, Hurricane Harvey landed and surged to Texas and Louisiana this year. Harvey was confined during the meteorological system, throwing hundreds of gallons of rain in the southeastern part of Texas for several days, causing an unprecedented flood. Harvey has created the moist tropical cyclone that hit the US so far and has become one of the most expensive tropical cyclones in history with Hurricane Katrina. More than 75 people were killed in Texas, resulting in billions of dollars of damage.
