Lamar University performed a wonderful performance at Lamar University Dance Company on 19th and 20th November. With eight separate dance series, the performance mixes contemporary, hip hop and ballet dance. The dance ended with a 30 minute performance called Game, and it appeared to be the focus of the overall performance. Each dance consists of two to seven different dancers, but half of the dance uses women's dance and some dance uses one to three male dancer.

Lamar University, commonly known as Lamar or LU, is a public co-education / research university located in Beaumont, Texas. Lamar has been a member of the Texas State University System since 1995.
