According to Merriam Webster, a trip is defined as an act or instance of a move from one place to another. Since we experience life, we have a long, short trip. Through the unit, the stories we read involved people traveling, death, past, poisoning, and war. Two examples I chose were "Love" by Carolina Knapp and "The Things Without Carry" by Tim O'Brien. Each story shows the hero who experienced a different journey. Nap writes about a journey through terrible poisoning, and O'Brien writes about a journey of war.
