According to Merriam-Webster's dictionary, the definition of justice is "management of the law, establishing or determining rights in accordance with laws or fair rules, in particular." Meretas eroded the young man and refused to believe in the gods of the city, so he tried the older man.
Socrates's trial took place in 399 BC, and a 70-year-old Socrates was tried. He is facing various types of accusations. Initially, the court declared Socrates convicted. However, as the law did not impose any penalty on his sins, Socrates requested to impose his own punishment or to receive the punishment suggested by Meletos, the death penalty. - The Socrates 'description through "Book of Socrates' Death and Death" has produced considerable controversial features in Western history. In many ways, Socrates changed the notion of common philosophy of ancient Greece; he changed the philosophical view from a way to study things to a consideration. Specifically, he analyzed the virtue and health of the human soul.
This article would argue that during the "Socrates trial and death" Socrates might have offered better arguments about his defense. First, I will outline prejudice and accusation Socrates must face during the trial. That then shows how difficult Socrates is, and he wants to lose the case, and in the end it will end the discussion Socrates may give to be innocent. - All conflicts of Socrates's greatest condemnation and Athenian law in political philosophy are the conflict between philosophy and politics. The problem of philosophy being politically friendly is still left. Questioning an authoritative view is not easy to achieve, it is not a philosophical field - it is not pursuing wisdom. Socrates is a fighter of the conflict. Political factors arise from the point of political life, but Socrates' question is "What is the best system, how should I live"?
