It is not my first plan to dig a higher education as a coach. But this opportunity allows me to apply my best skills, inspiration and teachings. A master's degree in higher education, professional leadership and management will improve my educational skills and allow me to become a managerial position in existing agencies.

Main theme of the 2017 education inclusion action plan: The focus of the 2017 program is to improve the educational outcomes of learners at risk of suffering educational disadvantages. The focus of the Equal Opportunity School (DEIS) has recently been reviewed, which focused on addressing and prioritizing the educational needs of children and young people in disadvantaged communities. In 2017, we will start implementing a new educational participation action plan. A new action plan forming the latest DEIS program will utilize international best practices and utilize the educational system to increase opportunities and results for children participating in school participation in DEIS schools. . When implementing the new Educational Comprehensive Action Plan, we will introduce the school support plan, the framework of resource allocation evaluation, and the framework of monitoring and evaluation.
