A day at the cubbies game

Growing up in the suburbs of Chicago and becoming a sports fan brought the only real result; I am the biggest fan of the Chicago Cubs. Yes, I am not the only person to win the championship in the Chicago area, but I mercilessly refuse to abandon my title. Every time I get home, I will join the "big fans" of thousands of other self-styles at Wigley stadium the usual afternoon. In the Cubs game, there is nothing more than this. For me, I had fun beer, light beer, cheap hot dogs and cornflakes together.

For all the wonderful moments of this Cubs season and the World Series, that moment is as good or better. A few weeks ago, the old man hugged at the grocery store after seeing my jersey at the grocery store. People just smiled deliberately, looking at me wearing a bear's hat. Two months later I actually forgot the Cubs from time to time for several hours. Then I remembered and wept again.
