A Cruel World: Bullying

What is the feeling when junior high school students and high school students go to school? Do you think they are safe? Schools and extracurricular bullying are normal parts of children and teenage children of life. No, students should not know that this is a typical school life. Waking up in the morning Children and bus ride Your age lunch paper is unusual for you. Do not say anything behind the class as you know that you will be laughed at the hall.

The biggest problem facing our society is bullying. According to Webster's dictionary, bullying is defined as "habitual cruelty to other weak people". I think that this is a problem because there are too many teenagers abused by bullying. In 2010, we reported that at least 3 million students were being bullied, but now we remember all the students who did not know the fear. The world will be much better

There are three roles in this tragedy: bullying, bullying, and a bystander. There is no bullying without bullying. But without oncoming bearers' complicity, they can not get rid of cruel behavior. These innocent bystanders are supportive actors that support and encourage bullying through negligence and commissioning. They may be waiting and looking far away. They can actively encourage bullying or participate as one of the bully group's groups. They may also be afraid to join because they are afraid to make the goal worse, or because they are afraid to become the next goal.

A bully in the workplace is not a typical bully found in school. That despicable girl is not a cruel boy. They do not physically attack us or bother us in the toilet. In the workplace, bullys often abuse the ability to bully their men. They may be your colleagues, colleagues, or your boss. Of course, if you are being bullied at work, you can quit (and probably you should). However, it is not necessarily the case. I need to pay my salary, I love my job and I am too keen to leave everything. There is another job, but that is not an easy process. We have already learned this through the recruitment process. Please know the difference. Please think carefully about "bullying" that happened to you at work. Are they chewing you, or are you encouraging you in a tough way?
