Through self-quest, I discovered in my seven aspects of health that my emotional health is an area that looks unhealthy. I noticed that I am a very nervous person and that it affects almost every aspect of my life. I was able to judge that my stress was a direct consequence of ignoring my own limitations on workload, so the ability I took over the time I had to use far exceeded my ability. I tried to reduce my stress by accepting my time limit and taking a project that suits my schedule.

This insight into human behavior has the potential to form growth behavior and change disruptive behaviors. Destructive behavior is excessive diet and other acts, a habit you do not want to do (not an easy thing). If you understand how to change the habits of us and other people, we may become leaders. First of all after my own life, and our background.
