The best barbeque at South BBQ is one of my favorite foods. I always liked listening to blues and doing some greasy barbecue diving, it feels so cool. The two joints I ate were Big D's Piggy Strut Soul Pit Bar-B-Q in Clemson, South Carolina and Hy's Deli on the campus of the school. Both restaurants boast their own barbecue, but Big D 's is clearly better. When I entered Piggy Strut for the first time, I immediately noticed a different atmosphere.
The only rule of this task is that in order to be a list, the restaurant needs to be a barbeque specialty restaurant. They are known by their name or the name of the barbecue. I have found a few recent sites listing all the barbecue joints in Kansas City, so I believe the list of these sites. I may have missed some, but I doubt that. As myself, barbecue, smoker, and barbecue (words?), I know that the most difficult meat is a calf. My plan is to try out the calves of each of the above restaurants and to provide blog comments to remember each place. Since I think that some details may work together after visiting a lot of restaurants, it is a good idea to write a blog about it.
Kansas City is an important barbecue and meat processing center with a unique grill style. There are more than 100 grill restaurants in the Kansas City metropolitan area, claiming to be "the world's barbecue capital". The Kansas City Barbecue Association spreads its influence nationwide through standards for barbecue competitions. The oldest grill restaurant is the Rosedale Grill restaurant near the city center of Kansas. Other popular grill restaurants include Gates Bar-B-Q, Joe's Kansas City Bar-B-Que, Arthur Bryant's. Both Arthur Bryant and Gates Bar-B-Q sell bottled barbecue sauces in restaurants and specialty stores in the surrounding area.
