The Christmas season in the United States has not yet begun, but the celebration will end on 30th December. Christmas in Spain officially began at the Immaculate Conception on December 8 and ended on January 6th or El Dia de los Reyes Magos (King of Day 3). Four other celebrations including December 28th Innocent Saints Day, Christmas Eve's "Nochebuena" (Good night), Navida (Christmas), and Christmas Day Nochevieja are in this period celebrated on New Year's Eve.
Christmas and St. Stephen's Day are officially recognized holidays in Spain. In most parts of Spain, it was called "Navida" during Christmas time and "Nochebuena" or "Good Night" from Christmas Eve. On 24th December, on January 6th I went to the main festival. Many families and most churches show nativity scenes, Christmas trees, or both. Pesebre (Scenes of Nativity) can be seen in many families, schools and shops. On 26th, Sant Esteve (St. Stephen) celebrated the reunion of his family. On the eve of Christmas (Nochebuena), we celebrate a big family dinner that will last until 6am. On this special evening, there are various typical dishes on the plates across Spain, each with its own cuisine. However, it is particularly common for it to start with seafood dishes (such as shrimp and squid), followed by a hot homemade soup bowl. The main meal usually includes seafood such as roast rum or salmon and shellfish.
Christmas will be held on December 25th and summer will be held in Australia. People often spend Christmas with their families on the beach. Traditional meals include popular turkey roast and plum assorted, and Christmas dinners are also popular such as salads, hams and seafood. Bake in a greasy pudding pot and leave enough room for rising. (You can also pour the pudding onto the cloth on which the pudding is printed and fix it with the rope.) Steam for 6 hours. If you wish, this pudding can be done in advance, such as a few months ago. This recipe made two very big puddings; it is best divided into three parts. Half takes 3 hours 30 hours to cook
