Throughout history, Americans have always pursued what they want, what they want, and the decision is American way. The external environment directly or indirectly affects the organization. In such an environment, organizations can not manage variables. Therefore, organizations can not change the environment, but they need to change themselves to adapt to the environment. Some of these factors are as follows.
