A Brief History of the Extintion of Large Pleistocene Mammals

Many scientists around the world believe that we are in another big extinction crisis. This extinction often occurs in the history of life on Earth. The most notorious is the K - T (Tertiary Cretaceous) incident that killed our beloved dinosaur. Back in the past, there were five known events; one caused the Triassic (which may give way to the rise of the dinosaur) and causing species to disappear until someone argues (about 95% ).

North America became full of gigantic mammals in the late Pleistocene from about 18,000 to 10,000 years ago. These mammals are known as large fauna of Pleistocene. Most of these giant animals disappeared about 10,000 years ago. why? There are two main assumptions about this phenomenon. The first is an overcorrection hypothesis of Pleistocene. This shows that the man who lived in North America then hunted all the wonderful mammals. The second assumption is the climate change hypothesis. This indicates that the animals died due to rapid climate change as the ice age glaciers melted. Evidence of both assumptions is powerful. which one is correct? In the late Pleistocene, a series of devastating species dies out and most large mammals in the Americas died.
