A Brief History of Japanese Religion

It is said that around 500 BC, a short history of religion was born in India. Throughout his life, he preached the benefits of Nakadisei. It is a path between a decadent lifestyle and extreme austerity. Shortly after the death of the founder, Buddhist missionaries crossed Asia, began moving to China through the Silk Road, and reached about 100 AD in the beginning. The climate there is suitable for the teachings of the Buddha and soon Buddhism is regarded as part of Taoism and Confucianism.

First, I will briefly introduce Shinto. Shinto is a religion of indigenous people in Japan. This form of religion is animism and theologians believe that there is a soul in every object of the universe. The history of Shinto was very deep and existed by the end of the sixth century when the Japanese called it "Shinto" or "God of the gods". There are no strict warnings in Shinto, so some people do not know the existence of religion, but festivals are taking place in Japan. One example is the Gion Festival. It started as a sacrifice to the gods and asked Kyoto to end the plague. People go to the shrine for blessing, pray for health and success, pray for good luck

Meiji Shrine is a Shinto dedicated to Emperor Meiji and Empress. Japan 's history brought modernization to Japan by integrating Western principles, including including a cabinet system in the government, into the Japanese society. After the death of the Emperor in 1912, after the death of the emperor in 1914, the Japanese commemorated the contribution to Meiji Shrine. The building is worth a look, but the surrounding forest (which is considered part of the vast Yoyogi Park) is also attractive.
