A Brief History of Egypt

When you think about Egypt, what did you first think? The story behind all the Great Pyramid and its way of existence. Cleopatra, the great temptor of many powerful people in Rome. Mummies were found in their pyramid and their grave, their dark sarcophagus buried deep inside. Despite this charm, we will find in this paper that Egypt is still very rich in culture, diversity and religious belief under its own circumstances. Unfortunately, over the past three years, it has become a country that overturns government, military coups and malicious atrocities on their streets.

Please investigate the language, literature, culture and history of the ancient Egyptians. We start with the political unification of Egypt around 3100 BC and continue through the history of Pharaoh until the occupation of Greece and Rome. This course briefly introduces the hieroglyphs and explores the great influence of Egypt on the literature and history of the Bible. This course examines the history of Africa from human civilization to 1800. It is designed to give students a broad understanding of African culture, history, social structure and political organization before the arrival of Europeans.

Since conquest, the history of Egypt has become intertwined with the history of the Arab world. Thus, in the eighth century Egypt felt the influence of the Arab civil war that led to the defeat of the Umayyan dynasty, the establishment of the caliph of the Abbasid dynasty, and the relocation of the empire capital from Damascus to Baghdad. For Egypt, capital relocation to the east means that the control of the central government is weakening. When Abbasid's caliphate began to decline in the 9th century, the local autonomous dynasty dominated the political, economic, social and cultural life of the country.

Egyptian culture has a history of thousands of years. Ancient Egypt was one of the earliest civilizations in the Middle East and Africa. For thousands of years Egypt has maintained a unique, complex and stable culture that has influenced subsequent European culture. Since the Pharaonic era Egypt itself was influenced by Christianity once, and later Greek culture which became Christianity. Arabic is the official language of Egypt, came to Egypt in the 7th century and today Egyptian Arabic became a modern speech. It is the second most widely used dialect because it is influenced by Egyptian movies and media throughout the Arabic-speaking world in various Arabic varieties. The position of Egypt in the center of the Arab world brings the opposite effect, and many words, phrases, proverbs are used from neighboring Arabian areas such as Maghreb and Mashrek.
