A Brief History of China

China is trying to become the next superpower like the United States and England. The reason I wrote this paper is to introduce you to China and its current situation. China initially flourished earlier than any other country and has been sluggish throughout history. Culture is the final statement of people's identity. According to Merriam-Webster, it is a way to think, act, or work in a place or organization (dictionary).

The aim of this paper is to summarize issues related to overseas mergers and acquisitions by Chinese enterprises and to make recommendations for corresponding improvement. Initially, Iand introduced the simple history and current status of three stages of China's three overseas mergers and acquisitions including growth trends, location preferences and industry distribution, and Iand introduced Lenovo's success stories and two of Chinalco and SAIC I will explain failure cases. Next, I analyzed economic growth, exchange rate, foreign exchange reserves, appropriate management, factors contributing to success, political resistance, strategic error, difficulty of integration, cultural differences and so on. It then refers to Japanese companies' practices in image development, strategic choice, localization of management and maintenance of relationships.

This section outlines the Chinese automobile industry. First, it first introduces the history of the development of the Chinese auto industry, as background information for the analysis of the Chinese automobile industry later in this report. Next, I will verify the present condition and the future of the passenger car market. The Chinese automobile industry has experienced two important development stages, before the reform (1949 - 1979) and the reform period (after 1980). Before 1949, because domestic car manufacturers had not yet developed, China relied heavily on overseas imports to meet domestic demand. It was not until the end of the civil war in 1949 that the new Chinese government began to develop large-scale industries including automobiles with the help of the Soviet Union.
