Are you calling them private label products? Is it a trend of the nickname "shop brand"? Either way, they are precious competitors.

During the Great Depression, consumers switched to different categories of low-priced store brands, the products and packaging found to be equivalent to more expensive country brands.

Store brands are rooted in our lives more than ever. According to Deloitte's 2013 American tableware survey, 88% of respondents said they found several store brands comparable to domestic brands.

Furthermore, due to economic recovery, it is very satisfying in that there are few of these consumers planning to return to the national brand. Although the price difference between shops and domestic brands has shrunk, only 27% of respondents said that they plan to decrease by 8 points from 2012. As I mentioned in the Augusta Chronicle last year, today's store brands saved an average of about 30% instead of saving up to 50%. In that article, Sue Perry, editor-in-chief of ShopSmart magazine, said store brand prices may rise to compensate for packaging costs and other improvements.

Of course, the investment in packaging depends on product grade value projects, but still deserves basic packaging design. However, many new store brand products compete in high-end categories and wear beautiful award-winning packages.

In early April 2013, the Packaging Digest editor served as a judge for the packaging contest of Private Label => Store Brands magazine for the second year in a row. This magazine office in Deerfield, Illinois displays over 300 packages representing approximately 200 items from major North American retailers.

When we reviewed these entries, I was amazed at some of the packaging designs and strategies of these North American retailers. The five important packaging trends of private label products are obvious.

Warm Earth Color - Green, yellowish brown and blue (sky) are displayed in many packages as well as environmentally friendly products.

As an example, you need to wait a bit to see which package to pick. Articles on winners will be posted in the June 2013 issue of Private Label => Store Brands magazine. We won the awards in 5 categories and chose the winners of gold, silver and bronze: preserved stable foods, refrigerated frozen foods, drinks, non-foods, this year's new line (including new product line)

This "other name brand" by Douglas Rushkoff is about the commitment to children and their brands. Children and teenagers, men and women are crazy about choosing brands of clothes, shoes, or those representing them. People think the brand name can define them and reflect others to others. To buy Nike as an example means that you are an athlete. Today's children are likely to be targeted because they have not found out who they are. School stress has a greater impact on them than any other age. Children are easily influenced by which brand is "cool" or "medium". People between the ages of 15 and 25 are not easily affected, but are susceptible to the brand. Advertisers display ads by displaying hidden jokes and messages. People who understand this joke feel cold, so I think this brand is cool. This is clearly the way people are wearing and the place people are shopping.

Author: Douglas Rushkov Other key words of the brand name "What is the overall reading?": "What to say, how to say" the author believes that "for the media - Familiar youth feels good about himself, he must feel I have received a "joke", but what he advertised, obviously something can be solved, he is I can not understand that he has no choice but to admit that the brand is colder than him. People just buy brands, people think about them, people will spend extra money on projects or large companies that most people know. The importance of the team: People are very concerned about the images they are predicting, they let the different brands create images for them.
