I am dancing since I was two years old. Dance was just for fun when I was young, but as I age, I became increasingly serious about dancing. When I was six years old, I began to dance competitively. Now, when asking what kind of sports people should give me, my answer is that I always dance. I usually see some funny looks. Therefore it is clear that there is a question in people's mind about whether dance is sports or art.
Dance has the same materials as other sports, so I think dancing is a sport. To be able to jump well, you need flexibility, strength, endurance, and endurance. Every other sport you need to work hard, that is exactly what dancers do. For example, most dancers practice 5-10 hours a week.
Dancing not only makes you tired physically but sometimes makes you mentally exhausted. First, it is stressful. Then, remember your dance sequence and there is pressure to do all your steps correctly.
